How can I check in-store availability?

All styles on our website are available online. As it can sometimes take a moment for styles to update in our inventory, please contact us if there is a particular style that you are wanting to purchase. 

How often do you receive new styles?

As we keep up with the trends we have new styles arriving weekly. Keep up to date via our new arrivals page and on our socials.

Does SODA offer Click & Collect?

Yes, Click & Collect is available.

Click & Collect available within a 20km radius from Mooloolaba

Fee of $10 applies

Same day delivery if order placed by 2pm.

Please select Click & Collect at check out and we will notify you once your order is ready for collection from our Mooloolaba Boutique.

Does SODA offer over the phone orders and payment?

Customers may pay over the phone by using a valid credit card.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We partner with Australia Post for all orders within Australia.

Domestic

Standard (3-5 bussiness days) : Free standard shipping within Australia.

Express (1-2 bussiness days) : $15.00 or free for orders over $300.

New Zealand

Standard - $20.00

Express- $30

Free express shipping on all orders over $500.

Rest of the World

Express shipping - $50.00 (Free on orders over $700)

Missing or stolen Packages

Unfortunately, packages may go missing or get stolen during the postage process.  Whilst we will do everything we can to help track the parcel, please note that this may be out of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for a missing or stolen parcel once it has left the store.  We advise you to get in contact with the delivery service asap to try and resolve the issue.  Please always feel free to contact us if we can help you to locate the parcel.

Returns & Refund Policy

Full Priced Items

At Soda Fashion Haus, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days to notify us from the date of purchase to return an item. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please obtain a proof of purchase for all returns.

If your return is approved, we will refund you back to your original payment method.  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. All returned items will be inspected.  If the item is found to be worn, damaged or not in its original condition, the return may be refused and the item sent back to you.

Note: Sale/discounted items, jewellery, swimwear and intimates cannot be returned for store credit, exchange or refund. These items are all final sale and not returnable for change of mind.

Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

In store returns: Bring the items along with the proof of purchase to our boutique located at 1/110 Brisbane Road, Mooloolaba and our team will be happy to assist with your return.

Online: If you purchased online or cannot visit us in store, please contact our team via email or by phone to initiate a mail return.  If the return is approved, you will be provided an RA number to note on your return form.  Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Non Returnable Items

Unless faulty or required by law, we cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale or at discounted rate, these are final sale and also cannot be exchanged. Jewellery, headwear, intimates and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Shoes

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept returns on shoes if they are scratched or marked. Please ensure shoes are returned with the original shoe box. 

Gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges

You may exchange an item for a different size or style in store within 7 days of purchase.  If the desired item is not available, a store credit will be issued. For online exchanges, please follow the online return process and indicate the item you wish to exchange it for.  If the exchange item is not available, a refund or store credit will be provided.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality.  If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sodafashionhaus@gmail.com.au or phone 0422 842 224.  Once we receive your return request and the product/s, it will be assessed.  If deemed faulty, we will provide you with a refund or replacement subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please note, SODA Fashion Haus will not be liable for any damage due to wear and tear, product misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or failure to take reasonable care. Fabric that has sections of yarn thicker than the rest, creating uneven texture/s or a blend of both is not considered a fault.
