At SODA Fashion Haus, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. As a boutique specialising in occasionwear, we maintain careful quality standards and a considered returns process.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.


AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for Australian customers within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn
  • No makeup, tan, fragrance, marks or damage
  • Tags must remain attached
  • Returned in original condition and packaging

Items returned outside this window or not in original condition will not be accepted.

Sale Items

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully when purchasing sale pieces, as we are unable to make exceptions.


Refund Method (Australia)

Australian returns are issued as:

• Store credit
or
• Refund to original payment method (excluding Afterpay/third-party fees if applicable)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return postage.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as SODA is not responsible for lost parcels.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Including USA)

Due to high international shipping costs, customs processing and currency fluctuations, our international returns policy differs from our Australian policy.

Return Window

International customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

Condition Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Free from makeup, marks, fragrance or damage
  • With tags attached
  • Returned in original condition and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Sale Items (International)

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or store credit.


Refund Method (International)

All approved international returns are issued as store credit only.

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods for international orders.

Store credit:

  • Is issued in AUD
  • Is valid for 12 months
  • Is non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

Return Shipping (International)

International customers are responsible for:

• All return shipping costs
• Safe and trackable delivery

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable courier service, as SODA Fashion Haus is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.


Duties, Tariffs & Customs (Important)

For US orders, duties and tariffs are included in your purchase price at checkout.

However:

If customs duties, GST, clearance fees, brokerage charges or any import costs are incurred when a returned parcel re-enters Australia, these charges will be deducted from your store credit.

SODA Fashion Haus is not responsible for customs delays.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on international orders.

Customers may use their store credit to place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.

We take quality seriously and will resolve genuine faults in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Sizing & Fit Support

We strongly encourage international customers to contact us for personalised sizing advice prior to purchase, as international return postage can be expensive.

We are always happy to assist with measurements and fit guidance.
