Shipping policy

We partner with Australia Post for all orders within Australia.

 

Domestic

Standard (3-5 bussiness days) : Free standard shipping within Australia.

Express (1-2 bussiness days) : $15.00 or free for orders over $300.

 

Rest of the World (excl. USA)

Standard shipping - $30.00

Express shipping - $40.00 (Free on orders over $700)

Note to our USA Customers

Standard - $50AUD

Express - $60AUD

Note: Shipping charges cover postage only. For U.S. orders, duties & taxes are not included and will be billed to the receiver on delivery by the courier/U.S. Customs (see below):

Whilst we're proud to share our curated boutique pieces with our U.S. customers, please note the following:

• Duties & Taxes
  All imports into the United States are now subject to duties and taxes, regardless of value. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are payable by the receiver upon delivery.  SODA Fashion Haus does not collect these fees at checkout.

• Who Collects the Fees
  Your courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx) will contact you directly to arrange payment before releasing your parcel.

• Shipping Providers
  With Australia Post suspending U.S. parcel services, we now ship exclusively via premium international couriers for reliable service and tracking.

• Delivery Times
  Parcels typically arrive in 7–14 business days, but customs inspections may cause delays.

• Returns
  Due to international shipping costs and customs rules, we cannot accept returns from U.S. customers unless an item is faulty. Please reach out for styling and sizing advice before you order.
